Delete your Pick it up for Vic account

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion here on the web.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in to Pick it up for Vic.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE, then confirm.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot sign in, email hbruinsma@atlas-ai.au from the address on your account. Put “Pick it up for Vic account deletion” in the subject and include your public handle if you know it. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before deleting it.

What is deleted

Deleting the account removes the account and its profile, posts, photos, reports, blocks and analysis history from the live service. You can also delete an individual post without deleting your account.

Infrastructure providers may retain limited security logs or backups until their normal expiry. Those copies are not kept as an active account and are not restored for ordinary use.
